Abstract

This study investigates the impact of contemporary digital marketing strategies on organizational sales performance within modern business environments. The research focuses on three primary dimensions: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics, Influencer Marketing, and Mobile Marketing. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study combines quantitative survey data collected from 300 marketing and sales professionals with qualitative insights derived from secondary case studies of selected multinational organizations. Quantitative analysis utilized descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and simple regression analyses to examine the relationships between the identified marketing strategies and sales performance outcomes. The findings indicate statistically significant positive relationships between all three marketing strategies and organizational sales performance. Among the examined variables, AI and Big Data Analytics emerged as the strongest predictor of sales performance (β = 0.445, p < 0.001), followed by Influencer Marketing (β = 0.333, p < 0.001) and Mobile Marketing (β = 0.248, p < 0.001). The qualitative analysis of case studies from Amazon, Nike, and Starbucks provided contextual depth, illustrating how technology-driven, customer-centric digital marketing strategies are operationalized within successful global organizations. Cross-case thematic analysis revealed four recurring themes: data-driven personalization, influencer-led trust-building, mobile-first customer engagement, and customer-centric strategic orientation. The combined findings confirm that organizations adopting integrated digital marketing frameworks anchored in AI analytics, influencer communication, and mobile engagement are better positioned to enhance customer interactions and achieve superior sales outcomes. The study contributes both theoretically and practically to the growing body of knowledge on digital marketing effectiveness and organizational competitiveness in the contemporary digital economy. Limitations relating to self-reported data and cross-sectional design are acknowledged, with recommendations for future longitudinal and multi-context research.
