Abstract

This paper seeks to investigate the incorporation of information and communication technologies in education to enhance its quality in the context of global changes. The first chapter defines human rights and their various categories, with a specific emphasis on the fifth generation that connects human rights to education. It also explores the role of media technologies in enhancing the educational process while addressing the challenges and risks involved. The second chapter concentrates on the pedagogical framework for integrating technological media into education, examining the reasons for their use, evaluating their effects, and formulating strategies for effective application. The study employs a descriptive, analytical, and comparative approach to ensure a comprehensive exploration of the subject and an in-depth analysis of its multiple facets.
