Basic Concepts Of Educational Evaluation

Abstract

This research paper deals with the issue of educational evaluation which is

considered one of the core elements in any educational or training process . It even plays a crucial role in boosting this process. Through educational evaluation , strengths and weaknesses in various educational programs at all levels could be determined.In this respect , educational practices showed the importance of evaluation and its necessity for all the elements of the teaching-learning process such as the learner , the teacher, the approaches , the aims and the teaching methods.

Evaluation makes the learning process a dynamic experience in which all praticipate . It aims at objectively the outcoure that we want to assess its weaknesses and strenghts and find ways to improve and treat it.

We tried through this research paper to shed light on the basic concepts of educational evaluation focusing on its definition , methods,objectives and types.
