The Reality of Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques in Sustainable Education in Jordanian Higher Education Institutions: Ways of Development

Abstract

The study aimed to identify The reality of using artificial intelligence techniques in sustainable education in Jordanian higher education institutions: Ways of development .The study adopted a qualitative approach, and the researcher conducted interviews with (25) faculty members Teaching from Jordanian universities. The results of these interviews showed that faculty members presented five ways of development The use of artificial intelligence techniques in sustainable education in Jordanian higher education institutions from the perspective of faculty members Teaching included: activating the use of modern digital and technological platforms that are compatible with the reality of the educational system in In light of contemporary changes, increase the financial budget for all digital transformations, including artificial intelligence, in order to keep pace Developments in work environments and university education, increasing awareness of the necessity of technical, digital and electronic response by workers And students in universities. Higher education institutions seek to increase self-confidence, raise morale, and assume individual and collective responsibility for their employees In order to enhance their role in sustainable education, spread the culture of artificial intelligence among all workers in higher education institutions The study recommended conducting more studies related to artificial intelligence technologies, digital transformation, and sustainable education Research and development and linking it to other variables.
