Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the nature of Nietzschean critique, through which Nietzsche went beyond the language of truth and modern cultural values by inaugurating a radical critique that lays the foundation for a new humanity-one that differs qualitatively from the humanity of modernity.

Through this project, he sought to overturn the mechanism of critique in the Kantian sense, as he states in his book Ecce Homo: “We are not critics.”
What, then, is the concept of Nietzschean critique? Why did he consider Kantian criticism to be merely a complementary project and a continuation of its predecessors? And to what extent can points of convergence be identified between Nietzschean and Kantian criticism?

To address these issues, we adopted an analytical approach based on linking ideas, interpreting them, and critically examining them.
