Abstract

The research addresses the most prominent ethical challenges in the digital space and the foundations for addressing them from the Quranic perspective by examining the most prominent negative aspects that have emerged in the digital space, such as: digital addiction, privacy violations, and the violation of human dignity, among others.

The research seeks to analyze the challenges and uncover the Quranic foundations that can address them. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach to arrive at the most prominent Quranic solutions, which are represented by adherence to moral values, preserving human dignity, and prohibiting corruption, among other things.

The importance of this research lies in its contribution to highlighting the role of the Holy Quran as a comprehensive approach capable of interacting with new developments. It also emphasizes the need to reframe the relationship with the digital space in a way that achieves a balance between leveraging its positives and limiting its negatives.

One of the most prominent findings is that the digital space is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it represents humanity's creativity in harnessing science to serve humanity. On the other hand, it carries grave risks if misused, transforming from a means of construction into a means of destruction. It also demonstrates that the Quranic ethical foundations are the safest and most effective solution for overcoming ethical challenges in the digital space.
