Abstract

This research explores the integration of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) with other sciences and how it has contributed to the development of Islamic law. It highlights the influence of different civilizations on Usul al-Fiqh and its impact on Muslim societies and the formation of laws.

The importance of this research lies in its contribution to a deeper understanding of Islamic jurisprudence and its contemporary applications in emerging issues. Usul al-Fiqh is a product of civilizational integration and contributes to the development of a methodology for deriving rulings.

The research concludes that this integration reflects the importance of the interaction between jurisprudence and the humanities and social sciences in constructing jurisprudential knowledge.
