Spatial anaiysis of investment residential complexes in the city of Ramadi for the using modern technologies

Abstract

This research included (spatial analysis of the investment projects completed in the city of Ramadi for the year 2024)،and it dealt with two axes. (Sat Residential Compound،Al-Farouk Residential Compound،New Village Residential Compound،Al-Madinah Al-Mumayzaah Residential Compound،Al-Salam Central Compound،Diplomats Residential Compound،and Al-Yarmouk Residential Compound) with different investment permits in terms of the number of the investment permit،the date of granting the license،the name of the company and the investor،and the completion period ; As for the second axis،which included the statistical analysis of the signature of residential investment projects completed using geographic information systems (GIS).
