Professional preparation of the social worker and his effectiveness in the professional performance of case management

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of professional preparation of the social worker regarding case management and their efficiency in the professional performance of case management in practice.

The study concluded, that the level of professional preparation of the social worker on case management is average, while the level of professional performance of the social worker in case management is also average. Despite that, the efficiency of the professional preparation in the professional performance of case management was not achieved, as the level of efficiency was (0.22) considering that it was less than (0.5). Finally the study had a proposal to develop the professional preparation of the social worker on case management.
